SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/BUSINESS ADVISOR

In this Practice we operate as a Team, supporting each other and assisting our clients where ever possible. You would be joining a Team of around 12 other accountants, administrators and bookkeepers.
Are you a highly motivated, productive and enthusiastic professional? Do you enjoy working with people and pride yourself on being open to new ideas. Do you enjoy contacting people and working with clients on their business growth, profitability, structure and cashflows?
We are proactive in driving the growth of our Firm and need help to liaise with current and prospective clients as well as supporting, coaching and counselling our Team. You should enjoy demonstrating your successes and presenting to small groups. You must be able to encourage them to talk about their problems and be able to discuss with them how we might help in their business environment. You will have a proactive approach to your work and be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and provide value added services to clients.

We are a CPA firm and as such expect the new Team member will be well qualified as either CPA or CA. It is expected this role will require a significant number of years with practical experience in an Australian business environment. Knowledge of MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero is expected including cloud based systems. A high level of experience with Australian taxation is mandatory. We use the Handisoft tax and practice software together with Microsoft Office. Salary is negotiable with an RDO each month. There is also real potential for a Partnership opportunity if desired.
