Telephone calls and email – free from my Accountant?
YES, Ross Wadeson Accountants Pty Ltd have always tried to provide support to our Clients over and above the 'usual'.
The case of "incidental phone calls and emails" has always been a thorn in the side of both accountants and Clients alike. Clients would like to be able to talk to their accountants any time something prompts their interest; but they get charged '$1000's for that 5 minute phone call or email'.
Accountants are reluctant to give away their time, knowledge and experience from which they make their living. Indeed they have invested hundreds of thousands of hours and likely as many dollars to gain this knowledge and expertise. Are you a client that ultimately lost big-time because you did not want that $400 invoice? You have plenty of company.
Informal telephone calls and email will not be charged by Ross Wadeson Accountants.
We no longer charge Clients, for informal telephone discussion and comment or email query. You are literally free to contact us at any time. You will also appreciate we need to keep the time in perspective. We will both have to draw distinction between informal comment and the more formal professional discussion and advice. You will know the difference as our Accountants will advise you and estimate the fee involved before proceeding with any formal discussion or advice. That will always be your choice.
